Hello.  My name is Sarah and I’m an amateur photographer.
Welcome to my website which is here to tell you a little about what inspires me and to exhibit a few of the photographs I’m proud of.
The inspiration for the name “Wonky Dog” came from owning a wonderful most loyal companion, Hartley my wolfhound cross.  He was a rescued stray with very odd ears! Sadly he died in 2015 aged 9.
Having grown up in Canterbury, I now enjoy living between the town and the sea, very close to the North Kent Coast.  This is often reflected in the photos I take but, as well as seascapes and ‘a different eye‘ on flotsam and jetsam you will also notice I have a penchant for flora and fauna, especially if there’s a good excuse to go macro!
I try to capture atmospheric images and put a modern slant on them – learning tips and techniques along the way and always trying to have “an eye” for different angles to create something new.
I’d be very grateful for your feedback  –  please drop me a note via my contact form Thank you.
Enjoy!

Hartley
